About

A graphic team that learned to ship software.

Sada started in graphic design. Identity work, print, the kind of craft where a detail being two pixels out is a real problem. Clients kept asking for the website to go with the brand, then the app to go with the website — so we built the capability rather than hand them to someone else and hope.

That history is the reason our work looks the way it does. Most software teams treat design as a layer applied near the end. We start there, and the engineering is in service of it.

How we work, in four commitments.

You own everything

Code in your repository, hosting in your account, domain in your name. If you ever want to leave, you can — and nothing about our position depends on making that hard.

A fixed scope before a price

We write down what is being built and what it costs before work starts. If the scope changes, we say so and re-quote rather than quietly absorbing it and resenting the project.

We will talk you out of things

Including AI, when it would not help. The fastest way to lose a client is to build them something expensive they did not need.

Design is not a phase

We came to software from graphic design, not the other way round. The interface is not something applied at the end to a finished system.
